Welcome to the Friends of Lifeline Help DeskWhat is the Friends of Lifeline?The Friends of Lifeline is designed to help you find the right person (or business) for a job. Whether it's a plumber or an accountant, a computer technician or a chiropractor - you can find providers who others (like you) have referred. We identified 3 scales important to people when looking for the right person for a job or service.
We give members these 3 scales to use as a rating system.
How have you previously looked for businesses?It can be easy to find someone who provides the service you are after, but how do you know if they're any good? Finding someone who turns up on time and does a good job at a reasonable price is not so easy. To find a good person for a job, many people ask the advice of friends, family, or neighbours - but unless they've had a similar need recently they may not really know.Friends of Lifeline takes the concept of asking your friends about their good experiences a step further. We can help you find an electrician who has been rated highly (for example). Lifeline does NOT rate any businesses - they are rated by other members, like you! And once you've worked with them, we ask you to rate them so we can improve future searches for other members.
